Your shoes will last longer?
Yes that is correct! We designed our shoe so it has a wide toe box that toes can grow into. We also re-designed the middle of the shoe so it fits more securely, this means you can size up without your child's foot sliding around the shoe like in other brands. A bigger size means your child will take longer to grow out of the size! How good.
What is the return policy?
We’re confident you’ll love your Zebs, which is why we offer a 40-day risk-free return period. If they’re not right for any reason, you can send them back — though most kids don’t want to take them off 😉
What are barefoot shoes?
Barefoot shoes are designed to let feet move naturally, the way they’re meant to. They feature a wide, foot-shaped toe box, flexible sole, and zero drop (no raised heel), allowing toes to spread, muscles to strengthen, and balance to develop — all while still protecting feet from the ground.
When will I get my order?
Orders usually ship the next working day — sometimes the same day. Within New Zealand, delivery is typically overnight, so your order arrives fast and fuss-free.
Where are your shoes manufactured?
Our shoes are made by an expert footwear manufacturer in China that shares our commitment to quality and ethical production. We work closely with them to ensure high standards, fair employment practices, and consistent craftsmanship in every pair. We want kids to wear our shoes, not make them.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer flat rate shipping—one rate for all of New Zealand, a different flat rate for Australia, and another for the rest of the world. Exact costs will be calculated at checkout.
How do I get the right size?

How do I clean Zebs Shoes?
We recommend spot cleaning only. While they can survive the washing machine, it will significantly reduce their lifespan. A gentle wipe with a damp cloth is the best way to keep them looking and feeling great. Any company who encourages you to machine wash their shoes is having a laugh.
